Software Freedom Day 2011

Location: 6/49 Wason St, Milton 2538, NSW

Time: 9am to 5pm

 

This year I am holding a Software Freedom Day event. You can come and try out some free software. I will have a Windows computer and four different Linux computers all with examples of the various free software packages that are available. Depending on the level of interest there may be time for you to bring along your laptop and get help installing Ubuntu or another type of Linux. You can replace Windows or have both Windows and Linux on the same computer.

Hi! I see you are organizing SFD this year and have a blog... well why don't you email me your hackergotchi (or a head shot of yourself, I'll happily gimp you :p) and I will add your blog to the planet?
